I have signed up but cannot access my MiMi account
If you signed up using your email address you will receive an email requiring you to authenticate your address, please check your junk or spam folder as this may have been redirected to that folder.
If you have not received an email or are unable to log in for any other reason, send us an email and provide us with as much detail as possible: the email address used when you signed up, your name, date of birth, and as many of your social media profile links as you can. Our accounts team will then look into this for you. Never disclose your password to any employee of MiMi, we will not require this.
How safe is it to sign up using my Google, Facebook, or Twitter account?
It is very safe and by using one of these methods you do not have to remember yet another password. Google, Facebook or Twitter will only share your name, email address, language preference, and profile picture with us; they will not share your password. MiMi employees and our systems have no access to these external accounts.
Can I change my MiMi Link?
You can do this by changing your username, this is the unique link to your page (it is also known as a handle or URL). You are asked to choose this when you first register on the site, but for security measures and to prevent spamming we only allow you to change this a few times. At the moment you will need to get in touch, using the email address you registered with or associated with your account, and request that your MiMi link is changed.
You can change your link to whatever is available, but remember, once you change your username your old username becomes available for anyone else to claim.
Do I have to include my name, telephone, email, page title and about information?
No, these are optional fields, and you can choose to turn them all on, off, or just have a selected few on display.
What is the difference between the pro and a pro plus MiMi account?
Our pro account is free for life and comes with many great features as standard.
Our pro plus account is a paid plan: a monthly subscription will cost you less than the price of a coffee. If you purchase a pro plus account your MiMi link will be free of ads and you can manage multiple accounts.

How can I sign up for a pro plus MiMi account?
If someone changes their username, their old username will become available for anyone else to use immediately.
Can I switch back from a pro-plus to a pro account?
Yes, you can. Please go to your account settings and indicate that you would like to cancel at the next subscription date. Before you cancel, please remember that in doing so you will lose all analytics and other than your main MiMi link, any additional MiMi links in this account will be deleted.
I have heard some lucky people are getting pro-plus accounts for free, how can I get one?
If you look after us, we will look after you. We are current offering a limited number of pro plus accounts to organisations, celebrities, media personalities or anyone who has a large following on social media. As long as you use your MiMi link in your social profiles we'll gift you a pro plus plan. We are reaching out to people, but please feel free to get in touch and let us know how we can help each other.
Alternatively, if you own a business with a large number of employees or are an education provider and you would like each member of staff or your students to use a MiMi link in their email signatures or online profiles, get in touch and we can discuss block accounts for you.

How do I close my MiMi account?
We would hate to see you leave, but if you really would like to delete your MiMi link please log into your account and then click on the ‘my data’ tab and select 'close my account'. If you are unable to log into the account please email us and we will help.
I am having problems paying for my pro-plus plan.
Please carefully check that you have entered your bank card details correctly. If you are using a desktop computer we recommend you use Chrome but try a different browser if you are still having problems. Please also check your firewall settings and if you are using a virtual private network (VPN), temporarily disabling this may help. If you are still having problems, please email us and we will do our best to help.
What happens if I miss a monthly subscription payment?
We know from time to time you can miss your payment, so we will keep your pro plus subscription active for a further 7 days. We will send you an email reminder and will try again at day 3, and at day 5. Once the 7 days have passed since failed payment, we will automatically revert your account back to a free for life pro plan.
How do I change my payment card details?
Log into your account and click on the payment details button on the top menu. Click the edit button (wrench icon) and enter your new card details.
If you are still having problems, please email us and we will do our best to help. Do not send your bank card details, or any passwords, in any email to us.
What data do you hold about me?
We collect information about Users and Registered Users on the site, so that you are able to use our services as effectively as appropriate. We will only collect and retain personal data to the extent that it is strictly necessary for our purposes. How can I obtain a copy of the data you hold about me?
Registered Users may download data we hold about you; please log into your account and then click on the 'my data' tab – you can then download a list of the data we hold. If you close your account, your data will be deleted from our systems.
If you are unable to access your account, upon written receipt of your written request which should be addressed to Data Protection at [email protected], using the email address you registered with or associated with your account, and we will disclose to you your personal data held by us; we shall also correct or delete inaccurate details.

Can I choose my own MiMi link username?
Yes you can.
A MiMi link, or your username, or handle, directs people to your page, and is available on a first come first served basis. Follow these general rules when creating your MiMi link:• No usernames can contain MiMi or Admin unless they are official MiMi accounts. • You are not allowed to use names of companies, individuals or products and services which have not given you the right to use their name. • Usernames must not contain offensive or racist terms – these will be removed. • Your username must be longer than 3 characters but cannot be longer than 15 characters. It can only contain letters, numbers and underscores (_)
What can I do if my MiMi link is already taken?
A MiMi link, or your username, directs people to your page, and is available on a first come first served basis. If someone has taken the username you wanted, try using part of your name, add your initials, a number at the end, or the words “the” “official” “Im” “its” “Mr” “ms” “Mrs” etc at the beginning. Our clever systems will let you know what is available and will make suggestions if you need some inspiration.
Can I create multiple MiMi links?
We appreciate you may want multiple MiMi Links - a MiMi link for your current employment, another for potential employers, another so you can share links with your friends and family, and others for many other uses. Our pro plus plan has a multiple user account management feature, where you can create and manage up to 20 MiMi links.
To upgrade from a pro to a pro plus account, just click on ‘upgrade’ at the top of your account page.
Are there any restrictions to the links I can add?
Our pro and plus accounts enable you to add up to 50 social or web links, a profile introduction with a generous 6000 character limit using our rich text editor, an additional email address and an additional phone number. Your links can be a combination of social media accounts and web links.
We do not allow links to pages that:
- • Incite discrimination, hostility, or violence.
- • Contain child and/or adult sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, and modern slavery.
- • The illegal sale of prescription drugs, medical devices, controlled substances, and related items.
- • Encourage the sale of, or harm to, endangered animals.
- • Sell weapons, firearms, guns, and components.
- • Promote terrorism or extremism.
- • Any pages we deem could promote criminal activity or violates the law or legal rights of others.
If our systems identify links of this nature, or we are informed of these by other MiMi users or a third party, your account will be blocked. Please also see our Terms and Conditions for other usage restrictions.
What do the terms ‘for life’ and ‘lifetime’ mean when referred to at MiMi.link?
Our pro account is free for life. If you have purchased our pro plus lifetime plan you will benefit from the pro plus account features for life; “for life” and “lifetime” means that as long as we are still in operation, our services will be available for you to use for free or at no extra cost.
Why the name MiMi?

We wanted to make it all about you-you – so we went with the name MiMi, which also happens to translate to "me...me" in Spanish, and a few other languages. We were also mindful that if we used the word meme, users may assume we are site for humorous or meaningful quotes and images, but if you wanted to use your MiMi page for links to meme sites and sites for humorous or meaningful quotes and images, please go ahead.
Who created MiMi and why?
MiMi link was set up by two friends based in the UK, they were frustrated at seeing colleagues with long lists of links in their email signatures, on business cards, or in social media profiles and business presentations, and they wanted an easy way for people to share all their links, all in one place.
Their other online ventures aim to solve problems for users in a simple and easy way – which is why their company is called Solutioned Ltd.
